My role focused on shaping the campaign’s behind-the-scenes strategy in alignment with the Duggal Greenhouse, ensuring creative intent, experiential scale, and production realities worked as a unified system. I pressure-tested concepts against real-world conditions, guided production decision-making, and aligned stakeholders across teams—helping translate a distributed urban narrative into a cohesive, executable campaign with cultural reach.
