At the Duggal Greenhouse, Monday.com’s Elevate 2025 treated the event environment as an active engagement system rather than a static conference. Spatial design, visual hierarchy, and programmed moments were used to shape movement, participation, and conversation—creating intentional points of interaction that supported qualified engagement and downstream conversion. My role focused on translating this strategic approach into a cohesive physical experience, aligning teams across production and installation to ensure the environment functioned as both a brand signal and a measurable growth channel.
