Monday.com Elevate 2025

Reframing the Duggal Greenhouse as a gamified B2B campus designed to drive qualified engagement and conversion.

Monday.com's Elevate 2025 was designed to function as something more than a conference — treating the event environment as an active engagement system built to move qualified prospects toward conversion. Spatial design, visual hierarchy, and programmed moments shaped movement and participation across the campus, creating intentional touchpoints that supported both brand signal and measurable growth.

As Production & Strategic Lead, my role was to ensure that ambition held up against reality. I challenged and refined creative direction through rigorous pressure-testing across production, vendors, and budgets — aligning teams across fabrication and installation to ensure the environment worked as a unified system from concept through execution.
